VALOISIA — RETURNS & WITHDRAWALS POLICY

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
When purchasing products, you may dissolve the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after you—or a representative designated by you—receive the product.

Condition of the Product During the Withdrawal Period
During the withdrawal period, please handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the item as necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, return the product with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging, following the reasonable, clear return instructions provided by us.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

  • Notify us in writing or by email within 14 days of receiving the product that you wish to withdraw.
  • After you notify us, you must return the product within 14 days.
  • You are responsible for proving that the product was returned on time (e.g., a postal receipt with a tracking number).

Received the Wrong Product
We’re human—mistakes can happen. If you received the wrong item, email a clear photo of the product to info@valoisia.com. Our customer service team will review and assist you promptly.

Received a Damaged/Defective Product
Quality is our priority, but if a damaged/defective item arrives:

  • You do not need to return it. You may keep or dispose of it.
  • Email info@valoisia.com with your order number and a clear photo showing the damage.
  • Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted If:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.
  • The item falls under underwear, masks, hygiene, or beauty products.
  • The product has been altered or modified.
  • The product(s) are not in their original, saleable condition, unless the defect is our fault.
  • The product(s) are not in original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
