Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard.
My order has the status “Processing”. What does this mean?
“Processing” means we have successfully received your order. Once it has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number, and the status will change to “Completed”.
How do I return a product?
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Please note: Underwear, swimwear, masks, and beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Why can’t underwear, masks, hygiene and beauty products be returned?
These items are considered hygiene products. For the safety and well-being of all customers, we cannot accept returns of underwear, masks, hygiene, or beauty products. This policy is standard across the industry.
Do you cover return shipping costs?
No, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
What should I do if I received an incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing product?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and attach a photo showing the issue. Our customer service team will assist you as quickly as possible.
How long does the return process take and when will I receive my refund?
Returns may take up to 5 business days to process from the date we receive the package. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been handled.
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. For credit or debit cards, the refund will be issued to your bank within 5–7 business days from the time we process the returned product or cancellation.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Average delivery time is 3–7 business days.
Will my order be shipped in the same package?

I need to change something in my order. How do I do that?
If you would like to change the size or color of your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot make changes after 24 hours or once the order has been processed.
